Brahmatal

Brahmatal is a taal located in Chamoli district of Uttarakhand, India situated at an altitude of approx 12,500ft, famous for winter treking when peaks get covered by snow, trek of Brahmatal starts from Lohajung which is the basecamp for this trek. According to the mythology Lord Brahma medidated near the taal so this taal named as Brahmatal.
