Warm Welcome from Travelophila! By accessing or using our services, you agree to follow our terms and conditions mentioned below. These terms controls full use of our website and services, including tour, travel, and trekking packages. Please read them carefully before making any booking or engaging with our any platforms.

1. Bookings and Payments Terms:

1.1 Booking Confirmation: Confirmation of booking will happen after advance payment of ₹10,000. This can be differ according to the group size, with the payment screenshot or proof, client have to share their Aadhar card and an email ID for confirmation.

1.2 Second Payment: The second payment should be made before arrival of clients , and it will be equal to 50% of the total tour cost. After this payment, we will share the details vehicle, driver and Hotels.

1.3 Final Payment: The final payment should have to be made after reaching the first stay point on the tour.

1.4 Cancellation Policy:
If client cancels the booking before 25 days of departure date 15% cancellation fee on the total tour cost will be deducted on refund.

If client cancels the booking between 7-25 days before the departure date 50% cancellation fee on the total tour cost will be deducted on refund.

If client cancels the booking between 0-7 days before the departure date 100% cancellation fee on the total tour cost will be deducted on refund.

If activities or tours are canceled due to unforeseen circumstances like government policies or extreme weather conditions, no refunds will be issued, but alternate options may be provided.

1.5 Refund Policy: Refund will be payed between 15-25 days after the cancellation.

 

2. Responsibilities and Liabilities:

2.1 Responsibility of Clients::

Clients should provide correct personal information during the time of booking. It is clients responsibility to carry correct documentation like adhar card, pancard,etc, necessary permits, and travel documents.

2.2 Responsibility of Travelophila:

We will make sure that your trip will go on as per our itinerary. But, Travelophila will not be liable for any delays, cancellations, or changes due to natural disasters, political disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances like landslides, etc.

2.3 Health and Safety:

If you are participating in our any type of package like trekking, Clients should make sure that they are physically fit to do these activities which is listed in our itinerary. Travelophila will not be responsible for any injuries, health issues, or accidents during the tour.

3. Changes to Itinerary:

Travelophila has all the rights to modify trip itineraries in the case of any weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unavoidable situation.
Any additional charge cause due to such changes should be payed by the client directly.

4. Use of Media:

Travelophila has full rights to use photographs, videos, and testimonials of clients from tours for promotional purposes. (If you have any issue for using of your photographs or videos, you have to notify us in writing before the end of the tour).

5. In the case of bad Conduct by the client:

Any trouble making, or bad behavior of client may result in immediate termination of client’s participation without a refund. Clients should respect local cultures, communities, and the environment during the tour.

6. In case of unexpected situation:

Travelophila is not liable for any failure to perform our commitment in case of such events which is beyond our control, like natural disasters, strikes, political issues, or pandemics.

7. Intellectual Property:

All content in our website, including text, images,etc, is our personal property and it can not be used without our consent.

8. In case of Dispute:

9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions:

Travelophila reserves all the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website, and continued use of our services signals your acceptance of updated terms.
