We had booked tour package of travelophila for Chardham yatra starting on 27th sept 2026. But due to sudden demise of my mother 10 days before start of our tour, we have informed travelophila for cancellation of our tour and requested to refund of advance amount paid to them. Considering our genuine reason of cancellation, immediately they have refunded me full advance amount on humanitarian ground even though it was not as per their refund policy. I feel proud that there are people like them whom I never meet, went out of the way to support me. I will always be thankful to them and will always remember their kindness. Had an amazing experience with the Chopta–Tungnath–Chandrashila tour package. We recently completed our 12-day Chardham Yatra (May 7th–May 18th) along with Haridwar and Rishikesh through Travelophila, and I must say it was one of the most peaceful, divine, and satisfying journeys we’ve ever had. We were 4 ladies travelling alone in an Ertiga, and from day one, Mr. Shubhank Maithani and the entire team made us feel completely safe, comfortable, and cared for. We had endless questions and doubts before booking, but he patiently answered every single one of them with so much politeness and professionalism. Even after confirming the trip, he was always just a call away and provided 24/7 support throughout the yatra. The entire package was very budget-friendly, yet the hotels, food, travel arrangements, and overall service were truly excellent. Everything was arranged smoothly, including darshan assistance and last-minute requests, which they handled so kindly without hesitation. A special mention to the driver they provided — he was extremely polite, respectful, caring, and supportive throughout the journey. One night, during an emergency at around 3 AM, he accompanied us to the hospital and helped us without a second thought. As women travelling alone, this gave us immense comfort and confidence throughout the trip. This was our first time travelling with Travelophila, and honestly, we are extremely happy and grateful for the experience they gave us. The entire trip felt like a blessing from God. I would highly recommend Travelophila to anyone looking for a trustworthy, safe, and budget-friendly pilgrimage or vacation trip. Highly recommended! We recently completed the Do Dham Yatra with Travelpholia, and the entire journey was comfortable and well organized.
