Itinerary:
Day 1: Rishikesh to Joshimath
Begin your journey from Rishikesh to Joshimath, a scenic drive through the stunning Garhwal region. Relax and acclimatize at Joshimath, ready for your adventure.
Day 2: Joshimath to Dhak Village, Trek to Gulling
Drive to Dhak Village, the starting point of your trek. Begin your trek towards Gulling, passing through lush forests and rugged paths. Overnight camping at Gulling.
Day 3: Gulling to Khulara Camp
Continue your trek towards Khulara, surrounded by lush meadows and pristine landscapes. Reach Khulara for an overnight stay in camps, surrounded by the majestic mountains.
Day 4: Khulara to Kuari Pass Summit, Return to Khulara
Start early for the challenging trek to the Kuari Pass summit. At the top, enjoy panoramic views of some of the highest peaks of the Himalayas, including Nanda Devi and Dronagiri. Return to Khulara for an overnight camp.
Day 5: Khulara to Pangarchulla Summit, Return to Khulara
Trek to the Pangarchulla summit, another iconic peak that rewards you with stunning views of the Himalayas. After reaching the summit, descend back to Khulara for another night under the stars.
Day 6: Khulara to Dhak Village, Return to Joshimath
Descend to Dhak Village, and return to Joshimath. Enjoy a restful evening in Joshimath.
Day 7: Joshimath to Rishikesh
Bid farewell to the mountains as you head back to Rishikesh, concluding your incredible trek.
Bookings and Payments Terms:
Booking Confirmation: Confirmation of booking will happen after advance payment of ₹10,000. This can be differ according to the group size, with the payment screenshot or proof, client have to share their Aadhar card and an email ID for confirmation.
Second Payment:Â The second payment should be made before arrival of clients , and it will be equal to 50% of the total tour cost. After this payment, we will share the details vehicle, driver and Hotels.
Final Payment:Â The final payment should have to be made after reaching the first stay point on the tour.
Cancellation Policy:
If client cancels the booking before 25 days of departure date 15% cancellation fee on the total tour cost will be deducted on refund.
If client cancels the booking between 7-25 days before the departure date 50% cancellation fee on the total tour cost will be deducted on refund.
If client cancels the booking between 0-7 days before the departure date 100% cancellation fee on the total tour cost will be deducted on refund.
If activities or tours are canceled due to unforeseen circumstances like government policies or extreme weather conditions, no refunds will be issued, but alternate options may be provided.
Refund Policy:Â Refund will be payed between 15-25 days after the cancellation.

Safety: Follow the trek leader’s instructions to ensure safety at all times.
Health Check: Consult a physician before trekking if you have pre-existing health conditions.
Weather Preparedness: Internet connectivity may be limited; inform family/guardians in advance.
No Alcohol: Avoid alcohol or intoxicating substances during the trek.
Travel Insurance: Highly recommended for trekkers.
Important Notes:
Hotels are subject to availability; we have 5-6 options at each stop.
No night drives or extra drives are allowed.
In case of natural calamities or roadblocks, any additional costs incurred for accommodation or meals will be borne by the client.
Travel insurance is mandatory for high-altitude trekking.
