Itinerary:

Day 1: Rishikesh/Kathgodam to Lohajung

Arrive at Rishikesh/Kathgodam and begin your journey to Lohajung, a picturesque village located at the base of the Brahmatal Trek. After a comfortable drive, settle into your accommodations and rest for the trek ahead.

Day 2: Lohajung to Bekaltal

Begin the trek from Lohajung to Bekaltal, a serene alpine lake. The trail takes you through dense forests and offers mesmerizing views of the surrounding peaks. After reaching Bekaltal, enjoy the tranquility of the lake and set up camp for an overnight stay.

Day 3: Bekaltal to Brahmatal

Trek from Bekaltal to Brahmatal, a sacred lake surrounded by snow-capped peaks. The route is challenging but rewarding, with panoramic views of the mighty peaks like Trishul and Nanda Ghunti. Set up camp near Brahmatal and marvel at the beauty of the area.

Day 4: Trek to Daldun

On Day 4, trek to Daldun, a vantage point offering breathtaking views of the snow-covered Himalayas. Enjoy the majestic sight of the peaks as you take in the peaceful surroundings. Return to Brahmatal for an overnight stay.

Day 5: Brahmatal to Lohajung to Rishikesh/Kathgodam

Trek back from Brahmatal to Lohajung, and then drive to Rishikesh/Kathgodam to conclude your trekking journey. Reflect on the beauty and tranquility experienced throughout the trek as you return to the city.

Booking Policies:

A minimum advance of ₹10,000 is required to confirm your booking. The advance may vary based on group size.

Along with the advance, share your Aadhaar card and email ID, and we will send you a confirmation.

Second payment is due before arrival, with the first and second payments collectively amounting to 50% of the total tour cost.

The final payment should be made upon arrival at the first stay during the tour.

Cancellation Policy:

25+ Days Before Departure: 15% cancellation fee.

15-25 Days Before Departure: 25% cancellation fee.

7-15 Days Before Departure: 50% cancellation fee.

0-7 Days Before Departure: 100% cancellation fee.

In cases of cancellations due to government policies, health emergencies, or extreme weather conditions, no refunds will be issued.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the cancellation date.

High-altitude conditions differ from the plains; proper acclimatization is essential.

Follow all instructions from the trek leader or guide for a safe and enjoyable journey.

Avoid consuming alcohol or intoxicating substances during the trek.

Consult a physician before participating if you have any health conditions.

Carry essential medications and a first-aid kit.

Internet connectivity may be limited in some areas; inform your family in advance.
