11-Day Chardham Yatra Itinerary from Jaipur
Day 1: Jaipur to Delhi to Haridwar (210 km / 06 hrs)
Your spiritual journey begins as you depart from Jaipur and head to Delhi (travel costs from Jaipur to Delhi are your responsibility). Upon arrival at Delhi, the Travelophila team will meet you, and from there, you will travel by road to Haridwar (210 km / 5-6 hours). You’ll have dinner en route (not included in the package) before reaching Haridwar, where you’ll check into your hotel and relax for the night.
Day 2: Haridwar to Barkot (160 km / 06 hrs)
After a peaceful night in Haridwar, you’ll begin your journey to Barkot in the morning (160 km, approximately 6 hours). En route, you will visit Mussoorie, a popular hill station known for its scenic beauty. One of the highlights of this day is a stop at the famous Kempty Falls. On arrival at Barkot, you’ll check into your hotel, enjoy dinner, and rest for the night.
Day 3: Barkot to Yamunotri to Barkot (45 km / 02 hrs each side)
On Day 3, your journey takes you to Yamunotri, one of the four sacred shrines. After breakfast, you’ll head towards Janki Chatti, a key stop on the way. From Janki Chatti, you’ll trek approximately 5-6 km to reach the Yamunotri temple. Alternatively, you can take a pony or doli for the trek (costs excluded). Visit the famous Surya Kund, where offerings like rice and potatoes are cooked using the natural hot spring. After spending time at the temple and viewing the “Divya Shila” rock pillar, return to Barkot for an overnight stay.
Day 4: Barkot to Uttarkashi (100 km / 04-05 hrs)
After a restful night, you’ll travel towards Uttarkashi. On the way, you’ll visit the ancient Mahadev Cave and the Shiva Falls, an incredible natural beauty. You will also visit the Kashi Vishwanath Temple in Uttarkashi, a significant shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva. Surrounded by the holy Bhagirathi River, this city is often called the “Kashi of the North.” After exploring the spiritual sites, you’ll check into your hotel in Uttarkashi, enjoy dinner, and rest for the night.
Day 5: Uttarkashi to Gangotri to Uttarkashi (100 km / 03 hrs each side)
On Day 5, you will travel to Gangotri, the origin of the sacred River Ganga. After an early breakfast, you will drive to Gangotri, a distance of 100 km. Upon arrival, visit the Gangotri Temple, built by the Gorkha general Amar Singh Thapa in the 18th century. You can also see the big rock where King Bhagirath performed his penance. The origin of the Ganga River, known as Gaumukh, is 18 km from Gangotri, with its mouth resembling a cow’s face. After exploring the area, return to Uttarkashi for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 6: Uttarkashi to Guptkashi/Sitapur (220 km / 10 hrs)
On the morning of Day 6, after breakfast, you’ll begin your journey towards Kedarnath. First, reach Guptkashi, a key base for the Kedarnath trek. After checking into your hotel, enjoy dinner and rest for the night.
Day 7: Guptkashi to Sonprayag to Kedarnath (35 km drive / 18 km Trek)
On Day 7, you will be transferred to Sonprayag, from where the trek to Kedarnath begins. The 18 km upward trek to the Kedarnath Temple takes you through scenic views of the Mandakini River. Alternatively, you can use ponies or dolis (not included in the package). After reaching the temple and completing your darshan, stay overnight at a dharmshala or dormitory in Kedarnath.
Day 8: Kedarnath to Sonprayag to Guptkashi (200 km drive / 8 hrs)
After an early morning darshan at Kedarnath, you’ll trek back down to Sonprayag. From there, you will be driven back to Guptkashi for an overnight stay.
Day 9: Guptkashi to Badrinath (200 km drive / 07 hrs)
On Day 9, you will head to Badrinath Dham, passing through the scenic routes of Chopta and Mana village. Mana village, located near the Indo-Tibetan border, is famous for attractions like Vyas Gufa, Bheempul, and the Saraswati Temple. Upon arrival at Badrinath, visit Tapt Kund, the hot water pond where pilgrims take a sacred dip. You will also visit Bhramkapal, Mata Murti Mandir, and Narad Kund. After completing your temple darshan, check into your hotel, enjoy dinner, and rest.
Day 10: Badrinath to Srinagar (162 km / 06 hrs)
On Day 10, after breakfast, travel to Srinagar via Joshimath. In Joshimath, visit the Narsingh Temple. The journey continues as you explore the Panch Prayag (the confluence of five rivers) including Devprayag, Rudraprayag, Karnprayag, Vishnuprayag, and Nandprayag. After a scenic drive, check into your hotel in Srinagar, have dinner, and rest.
Day 11: Srinagar to Delhi to Jaipur (346 km / 09 hrs)

To secure your booking, an advance payment of ₹10,000 is required. The remaining balance will be split as follows:
- 50% of the total cost is due before your arrival.
- The final payment is to be made upon arrival at your first hotel.
