Char Dham Yatra by Helicopter – Complete Guide & Booking Process
For those seeking a faster and more comfortable Char Dham experience, helicopter services are available in two formats:
1. Charter Helicopter Package (Dehradun to Dehradun):
A VIP-level service covering all four dhams, with stays, transfers, and priority darshan included. The package usually costs around ₹2,00,000 to ₹2,30,000 per person depending on dates and services.
2. Shuttle Services (Especially for Kedarnath):
Daily shuttles run from various helipads like Guptkashi, Phata, and Sersi.
Please note: We don’t book helicopter tickets directly. These tickets are only available through the official IRCTC Heli Yatra portal.
However, we guide our clients through the full process and can assist in booking Charter Packages on request.
We provide comfortable transport facilities, clean night stays, morning and night meals with 24/7 guidance.
Chardham shrines opens from Last April or Starting May to the last October or starting November. May, June and september often considered best time to visit accordingly to weather.

Cancellation Policy:
If client cancels the booking before 25 days of departure date 15% cancellation fee on the total tour cost will be deducted on refund.
If client cancels the booking between 7-25 days before the departure date 50% cancellation fee on the total tour cost will be deducted on refund.
If client cancels the booking between 0-7 days before the departure date 100% cancellation fee on the total tour cost will be deducted on refund.
If activities or tours are canceled due to unforeseen circumstances like government policies or extreme weather conditions, no refunds will be issued, but alternate options may be provided.
Refund Policy: Refund will be payed between 15-25 days after the cancellation.
